Use Trade for Employee Bonuses

During this difficult economic time it can be difficult to express gratitude to employees.  Because even though you would like to reward them financially for their hard work, the cash just isn’t available.  But, you can still use your trade account to give them a bonus.  You can buy them a massage to help them unwind.  Or maybe you can treat them to a MiniCoupe rental for the day.  Maybe you know an employee needs some landscaping on their house.  If you purchase something for them, it’s one less thing they need to worry about.  It will help them understand that you still care.  And, you can use it as an expense just like any other business expense.

Look for opportunities to reward your staff with trade dollars….
