Deep Sea Fishing
C. Hawk departs daily from the world famous Honokohau Harbor on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Trips can be booked in half or full day increments. Offshore fishing begins just minutes from the harbor mouth. Wahoo, Tuna and Mahi Mahi are among the many palegic species that are targeted in these year round temperate waters.

Several main fishing grounds are in short reach of the harbor.

Year Round Whale Watching Opportunities on the Kona Coast
Pacific Pilot whales are found only a couple of miles from shore and can be observed pretty much any time of year.

December through March provides outstanding whale watching opportunnities. Humpback Whales migrate to Hawaii every year to spend their winter in the temperate in-shore waters. These whales prefer to spend their time close to shore and optimal observation can require minimal boating distances.

Dolphins
Hawaii is home to several species of dolphins including the Hawaiian Spinners. Spinners spend their day light hours resting along the in-shore waters along the coast. Dolphin encounters are frequent and are also year round. Spotted and bottle nose dolphins are also a regular spectacle.

Coastline Tours
The rugged Kona coastline is packed full of sea caves, marine life, geologic/volcanic scenery. Pack a lunch and head for South Kona and some of the most remote and scenic coastline any where!
